The key targets for the review of the Ozone-depleting Substances and Halocarbon Alternatives
Regulations are outlined below:
1.) Interested parties are welcome to provide feedback on this document by August 9, 2024.
2.) ECCC will review and take into consideration all comments received in response to this
consultation.
3.) The recommendation resulting from the review and a brief summary of stakeholder feedback is
planned to be published on ECCC’s regulatory stock review plan once the review is completed.
