Federal Halocarbon Regulation Amendments
The Ozone-depleting Substances and Halocarbon Alternatives Regulations were published in Part II of the Canada Gazette, on Wednesday June 29, 2016. Federal Regulatory Changes
The Ozone-depleting Substances and Halocarbon Alternatives Regulations, published in Part II of the Canada Gazette on Wednesday June 29, 2016, will come into force on December 29, 2016 and will repeal and replace the Ozone-depleting Substances Regulations, 1998.
